OzModafinil accepts two payment methods: PayID and Osko instant bank transfer, both paid straight to our Australian bank account from your own online or mobile banking. There are no cards, no third-party wallets, and no cryptocurrency — just fast, direct bank-to-bank payment that most Australian banks clear in seconds. Because payment confirms almost instantly, orders placed and paid before our daily dispatch cut-off go out the same business day. The rest of this page walks through exactly how to pay, what appears on your bank statement, common problems and fixes, and what happens once your payment lands.

How to Pay with PayID & Osko

At checkout we display our payment details and a unique reference. Follow these steps in your banking app.

1

Place your order

Add your products to the cart and complete checkout. On the confirmation screen we show the exact amount to pay, our PayID (or BSB and account number for Osko), and a unique payment reference for your order.

2

Open your banking app

Log in to your usual online banking or mobile app. Both PayID and Osko are built into virtually every Australian bank — there is nothing extra to install.

3

Pay by PayID (fastest) or Osko

Choose "Pay someone" or "PayID payment". For PayID, enter the PayID we provide; for Osko, enter our BSB and account number and select the Osko / instant option. Enter the exact order amount.

4

Add your reference

Enter the unique payment reference from your order confirmation in the description or reference field. This lets us match your payment to your order instantly.

5

Confirm and you are done

Authorise the transfer. Osko and PayID payments typically arrive in seconds. Once we see the funds, we prepare your parcel for dispatch — no further action needed from you.

What is PayID?

PayID lets you send money using a simple identifier (such as an email or mobile number) instead of a BSB and account number. It runs on Australia's New Payments Platform, so transfers clear in real time, 24/7 — including weekends and public holidays.

What is Osko?

Osko is the instant bank-transfer service offered by most Australian banks, also built on the New Payments Platform. You pay to a BSB and account number and the money usually lands within seconds rather than the old 1–3 business days.

Security & Privacy of Your Bank Statement

Paying by PayID or Osko keeps the transaction inside Australia's regulated banking system — you send money from your own bank, with your bank's own security and fraud protections, and we never see or store your card details because there are none involved.

The transaction on your bank statement shows a discreet, generic descriptor. It does not reference Modafinil, pharmaceuticals, or the nature of the products. This matches the discretion we apply to shipping: every order also arrives in plain, unmarked packaging with a generic sender name and no indication of the contents.

We only ever ask you to pay to the account details shown on your official order confirmation. We will never phone or message you to request payment to a different account — if anything looks off, contact us before sending funds.

Troubleshooting

Most payments go through in seconds. If something does not look right, here is what to do.

My payment hasn't shown up yet
First-ever PayID or Osko payments from a new account are sometimes held by your bank for security review, which can take a few hours to a day. Once cleared, later payments are instant. If it has been longer than that, contact us with your reference and we will locate it.
I forgot to add the reference
No problem — just message us the amount, the date, and the name on your account so we can match the payment to your order manually.
My bank has a daily transfer limit
Many banks cap daily PayID/Osko transfers by default. You can usually raise the limit in your banking app's settings, or contact us and we will help you arrange payment another way.
I entered the wrong amount
Contact us straight away with your reference. If you underpaid we will tell you the small balance to top up; if you overpaid we will refund the difference to your account.

What Happens After You Pay

As soon as your PayID or Osko payment confirms, your order moves into dispatch:

  • Same-day dispatch. Orders paid before our daily dispatch cut-off are packed and lodged with Australia Post that same business day. Payments that land after the cut-off, or on a weekend or public holiday, go out on the next business day.
  • Tracking sent to you. We send your Australia Post tracking number by email and WhatsApp, usually within 24 hours of dispatch. You can follow it on the Track Order page.
  • Discreet delivery. Your parcel ships in plain, unmarked packaging with a generic sender name.

Delivery timeframes then depend on your location — typically 5–10 business days to metro areas and longer to regional and remote postcodes. Full timings are on our FAQ page.
